Conference Check-In Information

Early conference check-in will be held on Sunday, September 18th from 3:00 pm until 5:00 pm in the Huntington Board Room on the 2nd floor of the Sheraton Myrtle Beach Convention Center.

Conference check-in for Monday and Tuesday will be held in the Vendor Exhibit Hall-Ballroom E starting at 7:00 am.

You must check-in in person in order to receive your complimentary give-away items.

Registration Information

Use the Tickets section above to register yourself and up to 10 other people for the 2016 SC CJIS Conference. Please enter different names and email addresses for each guest. 

All of the tickets you reserved will be sent to the email you provided in Attendee Info. If you registered other people as guests, they will also receive a copy of their own ticket at the email you provided in the Ticket Holders section.


Only ticket holders who registered by Friday, August 12, 2016 will receive a complimentary SC CJIS Conference t-shirt. T-shirts will be given to ticket holders with their CJIS Conference Giveaway Bag at conference check-in. Ticket holders must check-in in person to receive a CJIS Conference Giveaway Bag and complimentary t-shirt. No one else may pick up your CJIS Conference Giveaway Bag or t-shirt for you.

Giveaway bags will be given away at check-in on a first come, first served basis, regardless of registration time.

Lodging Information

The Sheraton Myrtle Beach Convention Center Hotel has sold out of rooms for the duration of the conference. We have arranged for lodgings at two nearby hotels at the government rate.

Camelot by the Sea is offering oceanfront studios and one bedroom suites at the per diem rate ($89/night) for SC CJIS Conference attendees. They are located 3 blocks from the convention center (2000 N Ocean Blvd., Myrtle Beach). 

The Patricia Grand is offering oceanfront efficiencies at the same per diem rate ($89/night) for SC CJIS Conference attendees. They are located less than a mile from the convention center (2710 N Ocean Blvd, Myrtle Beach).

Both the Patricia Grand and Camelot by the Sea's per diem rate are based on 2 adults per room. Additional adults will be an extra $20.00 each (plus tax) per night. A one night deposit is required for reservation. The deposit is nonrefundable, unless you purchase a vacation protection plan for $32.40.

To reserve a room at either Camelot by the Sea or The Patricia Grand at this special conference rate, you must call 877-779-7379 and ask a reservation specialist for the SC CJIS rate.

Dining Information

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner will be on your own. A light afternoon snack will be provided, as well as water, coffee, and tea all day.
