Registration Information
Use the Tickets section above to register yourself for the 2017 SC CJIS Conference.If you are registering other people, please read these instructions carefully to ensure a smooth and quick check-in for everyone.
- Choose the number of tickets you would like to reserve using the dropdown box above, labeled QUANTITY. Click the red Register button immediately below.
- Attendee Info: This is where you will put your information as the person who is reserving all of the tickets for others. The email address provided in this section will receive a copy of every ticket reserved for the Ticket Holders entered below.
- Ticket Holders: This is where you will enter the information of each person for whom you are reserving these tickets. Conference name badges will be created based on the information you enter here. Each Ticket Holder will receive a copy of their own ticket at the email address you provide in this section.
Complimentary CJIS Conference giveaway bags will be given away at check-in on a first come, first served basis, regardless of registration time. You must check-in in person to receive the giveaway bag; no one else may pick it up for you. Each ticket holder will receive one giveaway bag only.

Lodging Information
Host HotelsTwo nearby hotels are offering special rates for conference attendees. Both are above GSA for single occupancy, but well below if you have multiple people in one room. To get the conference rate, you must call the hotel you wish to reserve before August 17, 2017 by phone and ask for the SLED CJIS Conference rate. These rates are not available online. You will need to provide a credit card at the time you make your reservation. Both hotels are offering a slightly higher rate for the night of Tuesday, September 19.

The Hampton Inn will offer rooms Sunday and Monday nights at $135/room each night and $145/room for Tuesday night. These rates are for 1-4 people and do not include taxes or fees. A complimentary hot breakfast is served daily, and a complimentary "On the Run Breakfast Bag" will be available to guests on weekdays at the Front Desk.

The Hilton will offer rooms Sunday and Monday nights at $139/room each night and $149/room for Tuesday night. These rates are for 1-4 people and do not include taxes or fees. Breakfast will not be included.
Cancellation Policy: Rooms reserved at the conference rate at either the Hampton Inn or the Hilton must be cancelled prior to 24 hours before scheduled arrival. Rooms cancelled within 24 hours of arrival will be charged for one room night, including taxes and fees.
Other Nearby Hotels
In addition to our host hotels, there are many other hotels in the Vista area that may offer special rates for government employees with proper documentation. Please contact these hotels before booking for their specific requirements to prove eligibility for the government rate and make sure you can fulfill them.

Dining Information
Breakfast, lunch, and dinner will be on your own. A light afternoon snack will be provided, as well as water, coffee, and tea all day.The Columbia Metropolitan Convention Center is located in the Vista district of Columbia. Many restaurants are located within easy walking distance of the convention center and nearby hotels.

Parking Information
Parking at the Columbia Convention Center will be free for everyone who attends the conference on a first come, first served basis. There are only 300 spaces available for all events at the convention center, so please carpool where possible. Our two host hotels are within easy walking distance of the convention center and provide free parking for all guests who stay with them.If all free parking is full, public parking is available across the street from the convention center at the Park Street Garage (1007 Park Street) for a maximum of $10/day.
